It is so hard for me to be so far away from my family at times like these. I will miss my grandfather and I am saddened that my children didn't get to see him recently, but I know he loved us and was thinking of us often.
I'v known Stan for 54 years. I never met a finer person He was my best friend and I will miss him greatly.
I knew Stan as the chair of the Crosswoods Financial & Insurance committee. His reputation was wonderful and he obviously had a brilliant financial mind. When he spoke everyone listened because he made the difficult easy to understand. The more I was exposed to his thinking and years of dedication to our community, the more I realized how extremely fortunate we as owners were to have him.
Stan was a caring, gentle, man that always took the time to make others feel important and appreciated. I will miss him dearly.
I worked with Stan at the Coroner's Office when he replaced Merv Born. He was a true gentleman.
