Dear Patti, Johnny, Michael, and Julie, My heart is heavy with sadness for you. I have talked with Bev and Arto, and the grief and shock and trauma of Stephanie's passing sounds so overwhelming. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you. A very wise 5 year old once told me that the reason our hearts hurt so much when someone dies is because our hearts are stretching to make room for the memories. May your hearts stretch as you begin to carry your memories and gifts from Stephanie inside you. Another wise person told me to never let the tragic memory or image of a loved one's death prevent you from reminiscing on the many blessings and moments of her life. Sending y'all lots of love and healing energy. Love, Ally (Bev's sister)
So sorry for your loss of such beautiful person, having a daughter the same age, I could not imagine your grief!. My condolences to the family.
I did not know Stephanie, but I am in tears as I read her obituary. Beautiful, smart, accomplished, successful, a seemingly perfect person, her death seems incomprehensible. This could be my daughter or your daughter--anyone's daughter. To Stephanie's family, my sincerest condolences on the loss of someone who must have been a joy in your lives.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.
May you find peace in all the memories you created with your wonderful daughter.
