To Steve's family, I met Steve for the first time in London and immediately connected with him. He was the sort of fun person you meet every so often (not often enough)and know you have a friend. I only regret that I wasn't playing golf during my years with KPMG, or I know I would have had a game or two with Steve. Please accept my deepest sympathy for your loss, Jim Carney from south of the border.

Barb and Family!
Hi Bard, I don't know if you remember me. I was Steve's assistant at Peat Marwick in the 80's. He was a wonderful man to work with and my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family!

Barb, my deepest condolences on the much-too-soon loss of Steve. He will be greatly missed by those of us who worked with him in Risk Management at KPMG.
I met Steve while working at Peat Marwick in the late 80's. He was a truly sincere man and I enjoyed working with him. My sincere condolences to his family.
