Billy was the man I was lucky enough to call my "second dad" for the past 22 years. Words cannot describe how much you mean to me. My mom loved you very much & I am grateful you were in our lives for all these years. You taught me so many things & the memories we shared will forever be a part of my heart. You are truly one of a kind. Thank you for treating me as your own. You will always be with me wherever I go. I Love You!!

May you rest in peace Billy..In heaven ride your Harley...Race your cars...In your memory I shall go for a long ride and think of you and the great loss the world has had. God Bless your family and help them through this time. Someday they will see you again.

What wonderful years we had growing up on Hollywood Avenue in Hampton - joy and fun were fantastic. My brother (another Billy) and I lived next door to Billy & Tommy and loved Wythe. Billy was a special and great friend - a member of the fabulous Hampton High School Crabbers class of 1960!!! We were the second graduating class from the high school on Queen Street.

Blessings and peace to Billy's family and loved ones. Be strong in the Lord as you grieve for this wonderful guy.

With love and fond memories,
