REGINA COLLINS (FOSHIE) LLOYD age 81, of Bulls Gap went to be with the Lord on Friday, June 1, 2012 at her residence. She was born in Jonesville, VA, however she spent most of her life in Greeneville and Morristown. She will be missed by all that knew and loved her. She will be remembered for her kindness and willingness to help others. Regina was a wonderful mother, sister, and friend. She worked for Hamblen County School System for 20 years before retiring. She attended Tabernacle of Deliverance Church when her health permitted. She was preceded in death by her finance, Ross Wolford; her parents, Martin and Mable Collins; two sisters, Eileen (Collins) Hensley and Rev. Linda Frazier; two brothers, Ranzey Collins and Ryland Collins and special nephew Jimmie Collins. She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, David Allen and Sherry Foshie of Mosheim; two daughters and son-in-law, Teresa and Mark Fann of Newberry, FL and Lesa Roller of Lexington, SC; five grandchildren, Shane (Beverly) Foshie and Kim (Shane) Turner both of Greeneville, Brad (Susanne) Smith of Knoxville, Heather (Josh) Daniels of Mohawk and James (Kim) Foshie of Mosheim; eight great grandchild; one brother and sister-in-law, James and Dorothy Collins of Bulls Gap; one sister and brother-in-law, Ruth and Paul McCoy of Belvidere, IL; brother-in-law, Rev. Wade Frazier of Rogersville; special niece, Vivian McMillan of Sycamore, IL which she raised. Regina had many nieces, nephews and a host of friends; special friends, Edith Matthews and Betty Green; special friend and caregiver, Tammy Gilliam. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 5, 2012 from 6 to 8 p.m. in the chapel of Bulls Gap Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 6, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in the sanctuary of Philippi Missionary Baptist Church with Pastor Wade Fraizer officiating.. Interment will follow in Philippi Cemetery. Arrangement by Bulls Gap Funeral Home in Bulls Gap, Tennessee.

Ms.Regina was such a joy to visit with every month,I will miss her. She always had a smile on her face and a kind word to say about everyone.Just a joy to be with.
