Jonathan Jimenez

Hello, my name is Jonathan Jimenez from Bergenfield, New Jersey. I extend my sincerest condolences for your family in this hard time and share the Bible’s hope that helps us endure. Feel free to respond at my email address.

Imelda is going to be missed by the Filipino-American Community.

To her family we offer these words of consolation, an Irish Blessing:

May you see God's light on the path ahead.
When the road you walk is dark,
May you always hear,
Even in your hour of sorrow,
The gentle singing of the lark.
When times are hard, may hardness
Never turn your heart to stone.
And may you always remember
when the shadows fall—
You do not walk alone.

Danny & Pett Aranton and Members of the Philippine-American Cultural Society

Imelda, You will be missed by all of us at St. Francis Xavier. Your presence in the choir was noticeable. Now your absence is even more noticeable. May God bless you and receive you into his hands for all that you have done during your stay on earth. May the Angels guide you and lead you to eternal happiness to live and enjoy God the Father, Jesus his Son and the Holy Spirit. Love always, Walter Washington, Choir Director P.S. As we sing the Lord is my Shepherd, we will think of you.

Stanley Barta

My dear wife, I miss you so much. I miss your calm easy going ways as a balance against my short patience. I admire you for your immaculate cleanliness and good appearance at all times. Thank you for taking a chance on me and for joining me in a happy marriage of twenty-three years (June 14, 2010). Your sons and I agreed that you made the best “PALABOK” on the peninsula. Thanks for that warm clasp of your hand in mine during the night. Thanks also for putting up with my cooking. Many thanks for your generosity to people, especially in the Philippines. You were an excellent driver and I always felt comfortable riding with you. Thanks for your “Back seat driving advice” when you rode with me. Ha! We shall all mess you so much honey. During your eight months of suffering from your bout with pancreatitis you were always stoic and never complained. I admired you especially for that.
Your loving husband,
Stan
