Ralph Scroggins

SCROGGINS Ralph Wallace Scroggins Born April 19, 1926 Minneapolis, Minnesota passed away December 27, 2010, he is preceded in death by his wife Emily. He served in the U.S. Navy for Western Pacific. Graduated from the University of Minnesota in December 1949, he moved to El Paso, TX in 1949 employed at that time for Savage Oil Co. He was active in the Boy Scouts of America, active in the Lions Club which he served as President of West Texas Lions Eye Bank and Treasurer, Past Master of Five Pt. Masonic Lodge received his 33rd degree, was a Shriner, active in Scottish Rite, served on the Board of Directors of Air Lifeline of Texas arranged for volunteer flight providing transportation for patient and blood, volunteered at Del Sol Medical Center where he was elected as volunteer of the U.S, when it was Columbia Medical Center, he was active in Bethany Christian Church. Married 61 years to Emily has 3 children Steve and Gary Scroggins, a daughter Christi Unruh, and grandchildren, Michelle and Daniel McVay, Kimberly Headen, Amy Cook, Jennifer Despain, Natalie Clark, Caleb Scroggins, Shannah and Jason Scroggins, and Danielito McVay.
