Skip, you've been like a father to me especially since I lost my dad 5 1/2 years ago. Since I met you almost 12 years ago you've been there & helped me stay level headed Through everything. You were truly a wonderful person who'd give the shirt off your back. Thanks for all the laughs, lending me a shoulder when i needed it & all of the wonderful memories you've left me with. you were like a father to me and i will always remember you telling me to use my head and not to take any crap from anyone! you will always have a special place in my heart! you never left my presence without kissing me on my forehead and im really gonna miss that!!!

Skip you were my heart and soul. We had been through everything together be it good or bad and we made it. My love is yours forever. Please watch over us now and help me guide our grandchildren. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family. You have all been through some really hard times recently. Find comfort in the memories you shared with Skip. I remember him riding a plastic horse down the sidewalk on 15th St when he was little. So cute. God took him too soon but I am sure there is a better plan for him. You will meet again.

Skip, the past 8 years I spent as your "daughter in law" were times that I will never forget. You meant so much to Chad & I and our kids. Uncle Skip,
I will cherish the day I spent with you just a few weeks ago. That was one of the best days I could have had we laughed, cried, and just talked about all the memories of my dad.
