Not a day goes by I don't think about you at least once. I remember how smart we we're when we all got stung by bees in the woods. Joshua got it the worst. I remember some girl was messing with my mind and he came and told me to help guard my heart. I miss you Travis, when I do hunt, which isn't a lot because it is hard for me to hurt something but I always think about you a little and wonder how your doing in heaven.

Travis' family...Though l never got to meet Travis, my deepest sympathy goes out to his family. I was married to his 2nd cousin Tracy for 16 years who has since passed away, and stepmother to "my "Travis (Tracy's son) who we lost at the age of 22 . The Travis's are now together and sounds like they will be great company for one another. My prayers are with you during this time. Travis was one of the old school boys.. He spoke what was on his mind and he stuck up for his beliefs along with his his family and friend over all else. Ive known him for over ten years and its funny how we both have changed over that time. It was a pleasure knowing him and I can say Ive learned a few things over our time. Travis was a man that earned respect from others, it wasn't just givin. He earned mine! Its a damn shame to lose him so soon!

I didn't really know Travis but have seen him around. I mostly saw him when I was up at Hank and Don's. I always noticed his smile on his face and was always having a good time! I'm an old high school friend of Travis's. We use to walk the halls on days we were both in school he was always an all around stand up guy. I been many places and have met many people and must say Travis was one of a few that I remember was always for whats right and NEVER hesitated to speak his mind or tell you how he felt. Very good spirited guy and loved his friends and would do anything for them. He will be missed as he has carried on to a better place watching over all of us. Those closest to him are safe now. He's in good hands.

It saddens me to lose anyone I went to school with as we have lost a great person who has carried on to a better place. People always mention people of realness well I haven't seen him in years and will always remember him for being a real stand up caring guy to ALL his friends..
