Audrey Sinor Obituary

Sinor
Audrey Pearl Northcutt Sinor, 91 of Deer Park, Tx. passed away on April 5, 2011. She was born in Haskell, Tx. on January 31, 1920 to Carl and Maggie Oliphant Northcutt. When she was 5 years old they moved to Mirando City, Tx., an oil field boom town near Laredo, Tx. She lived there until she was 16 and then moved to Corpus Christi, Tx., where she graduated from Miller High School. While living in Miranda City she met her husband, Lewis Sinor. They were married on May 7, 1938. They moved all around South Texas where he worked on drilling rigs. Their home base while moving was in George West, Tx., where her husband's family settled in 1900. In 1955 they moved to Pasadena, Tx.. They had two children, Choyce and Dale. After retirement they moved to Richards, Tx.
She was preceded in death by her husband Lewis, her mother and step father, Maggie and Clyde Ash and father and step mother Carl and Martha Northcutt, her sister Ethel Lou, her son Brent Sinor and an infant grandson Mark Sinor. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Choyce and Ronald Hay,and her son and his wife, Dale and Lou Anne Sinor. Grandchildren Pam and Gary Adamek, Randy Hay, Sherri and Capt. Randy Pierson, Wesley Sinor, Keith and Rae Sinor and Bradley and Sherry Sinor and ten great grandchildren, Cody and his wife Nicole, Cory, Brooke, Alyssa, Shelby, John, Michael, Jack and Matthew. She is also survived by a half brother Carl Lee Northcutt, half sisters Amy Northcutt and Jackie Payne.
A Celebration of Audrey's life will be on Friday April 8, 2011 at 11 am in the Chapel of Rosewood Funeral Home 3939 Pasadena Blvd. in Pasadena, Texas. The family will welcome visitors one hour prior to the service from 10 - 11 am . Final Interment will be at George West Cemetery in George West Texas on Monday at 1 PM
In lieu of usual remembrances, you are encouraged to make a donation to the charity or church of your choice in Audrey's memory.

It was very sad to hear that you lost your mother on Tuesday and I sincerely hope that she did not suffer. The hurt inside you are suffering now will give way to the fond memories of great times at home shared with your mom and the lessons in life she taught you.
