87, Indianapolis, passed away January 24, 2012. He is survived by his wife, Essie Shockency; son, Leonard Shockency; daughters, Gwen Seay, Diane Gillam, Paulette Williams, Rita Johnson; step-daughter, Jonna Dukes; brothers, Leroy and William Shockency; sisters, Deloris Spurlin, Mary Shockency; 7 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be held at 12 p.m. on Saturday, January 28th at the St. Rita Catholic Church, 1733 Dr Andrew J. Brown Ave., with visitation there from 10 a.m. Arrangements and Interment: Crown Hill Funeral Home & Cemetery .
