It has been five years since I received that call which I did not believe. I called everyone on the list given to us when you deployed,knowing it must be a terrible mistake, for I could not bare to loose you. Well, it's been 5 years and counting. I can't tell you how many times that I go by the "Memorial Wall" in the unit and specifically stop by your Bio/Space in our hearts/memories. Just got back from a week in Washington State and went to Canada too. I remember, at least I think that is one of the places that Paul might go is Washington State, it is absolutely beautiful there. Where we stayed I was surrounded by nature and every night I would look up at the stars and think of you, that bright smile shinning down on us. I am so proud when I tell those people that have now come into my life about that beautiful young women I was privilaged enough to watch grow up. You are a part of my life each day from beginning to end. I miss you terribly, you are in my heart always, knowing I had you, though so brief, made me a better person.

Gina, I know that it has been awhile since I have been on here. I am truly sorry about that, but you know that I am always thinking about you. I have never met Regina or indeed any of the brave soldiers who have fallen. I live in a free Europe, free because of the sacrifice of an earlier generation of U.S. soldiers and other nationalities.
We rest in the knowledge that as long as America exists we will be free and we know that one country at least will not abandon us.
I often say a prayer for these brave soldiers.

I always say to Judy; there is always a breeze here. I like to think it's you. My dear as I always say; you are so loved and missed by so many. I understand your brother Paul is graduating from Navy Officer School and there is a new baby named after you.
