To the family friends of Richard, please accept my condolences for his passing. I didn't have the privilege of knowing him, but he was clearly a great person and I personally am thankful for his service to our country. It appears that he had a very full life and a very loving family. To Rick and Lois and Mary and her children, you and the whole family will be in my thoughts and prayers.
