BROWN, RICHARD
Richard B. Brown, age 80, of Augusta, went home to be with his Lord, Monday June 25, 2012, in the arms of his wife and son at his home. Richard was born November 17, 1931 in Tell City, Indiana to Harmon and Edith (Holcomb) Brown and came to Battle Creek at age 13. Richard graduated from the Battle Creek Academy in 1949 and attended Andrews University then went on to serve in the US Air Force during the Korean War. Richard later received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Western Michigan University. Richard was employed as a supervisor for the Kellogg Co. for 35 years, retiring in 1985.
