Kelly,
Sorry to read about your brother. I didn't know him, but from the notes I read here he must have been a wonderful person. My god bless your family and provide them with courage and faith during this difficult time.

You all are my "unofficial extended family" and have been since 5th grade!.. lots of good people on Donnell back then!.I learned a great deal from Keith! IT has been great to re-establish our friendship over the past couple of years. It was great having the 3 of you again at breakfast on sat's to laugh again with all of you and to share again!... Moving to Wichita in 1970, I knew no one. I was blessed to wind up on a street named Donnell. I was the old guy among a bunch of mid teen boys. All the Epperly boys worked for me at one time. As it turned out, the block turned out a bunch of fine men. Keith had the energy and pure happiness of 5 people. That laugh and grin. The main thing, you had better not mess with his brothers or you would pay dearly. Irv, Kelly, my thoughts are with you. I'll try to make it up. It's been way to long. We all have some great "Keith" stories that need to be remembered. Peace be with you all. Jerry

So sorry to hear of Keith's death. We "Tennessee raised cousins" have had few chances to connect as adults with those of you in and nearer to Southwest Missouri, but I certainly have fond childhood memories of family gatherings at Shell Knob with all our Epperly cousins. Shell Knob Epperly family gathering were the only situation of this type for my family where girl cousins were in the minority.
As you grieve this loss, I pray that you will find comfort in celebrating the great memories that you made as a family, and in knowing that you are members of a larger family of Epperlys that loves you, and will be praying for you. Marilyn Epperly Reel Metz
