To all the Vanderpoo Family,
On my return from Mexico on Sunday evening I met Brent, we chated in the airport only to learn the loss of his father. He seems to dearly love his family, he spoke of his father, his mother Sherry and his brother in Nicholasville. I know this must be a very difficult and sad time for you all. Yet I pray that you will remember God gives us to the earth only for a season, You can now rest assure that Mike is cradled in Our Fathers's hands. May God heal your pain.

At the end of the day when it's all said and done
I pray that your heart will find
A promise of love from God to share
And a blessing to leave behind.
The gift of a story, your journey of faith.
A legacy richer than gold
Will inspire the hearts and hopes of those
Who follow our well traveled road.
Recieve this belssing from my heart to yours
May your faith, hope, and love be strong
As I give your this torch , lift it high, let it shine
And pass your blessing along.
I pray you'll see at the end of the day
In the reflection of who you've become
One who's shown compassion and grace
Praising God for all He's done.
Write your letters of blessing with love from the soul
Forever on heart yet to be-
Yopur life will live on.
His glory declared
Through your legacy.
Hold high this torch, let your legacy shine
And pass your blessing along.
