Capobianco, Angelo N.

Angelo Capobianco passed away Saturday at the Westchester Medical Center, he was 79. A lifelong resident of Yonkers, Angelo was born July 15 1932 to Nicholas and Rosemarie (nee Virgilio). An Accountant and graduate of Manhattan College, he is the loving Husband of Doris (nee Furlong), and Father of Phylis Veit (David) and Robert. Past president of the Bryn Mawr Knolls Civic Association and Trustee and Devoted Parishioner of St. Bartholomew's Church, Angelo is also a loving Grandfather to Charles John, Jennifer, and Jessica Bilangino. He is also survived by his Brother Peter (Diana), Sister Barbara Beracha (Barry), Nieces Rosemarie Kilinski, and Bonnie Micheli. Angelo is predeceased by a Nephew Peter Capobianco but survived by Nephews Brian and Bradley Beracha.

A Memorial Mass will be held at 10AM on Saturday, January 14, 2012 at St. Bartholomew's Church in Yonkers. The family asks that donations be made to The Little Sisters of the Poor, Provincial House, Queen of Peace Residence, 110-30 221st Street, Queens Village New York 11429 or St. Bartholomew's Church, 15 Palmer Road, Yonkers New York 10701.
