I first met Bob and Doris some 25 years ago when we made sales calls on some retail accounts. We exchanged ideas on sales, marketing, product placement etc. in the stationery-office products industry. A great man with the best of integrity. I will miss by e-mail buddy. My sincre sympathy to Doris,Joy, and the grandchildren

Doris, I was so sorry to hear about Robert, and also about Holly. It has been so long since I have seen you and did not know you were back in Birmingham. Remember you and your family so fondly from Trinity and would love to talk to you but no contact info. I have been a widow for 19 years.
Deepest sympathy to you and family.

I was so sorry to hear about Bob's passing. He was a pivotal person in my life by hiring me to work for St. Regis Paper Company in July of 1970. Bob was a true motivator and outstanding marketing and sales executive. He taught me much during my six year tenure. He promoted me twice and helped me prepare mentally to start my own business in 1976. Monty Simmons, Gib Ennis, and I had the chance to spend several hours with Bob last year over dinner. It gave us a chance to talk the old stories while we worked together. We were blessed to have that time with Bob.
