Through out his life he served his community with kindness, compassion and the belief that people should come together and for a greater cause. He was fearless supporting the charity he started "Special Children Are Privileged". His love for the little ones went way beyond the comprehension of others. Serving the children was what he and his wife "Elaine" lived for. Never turning anyone away. A friend to many and loved by all, an angel on this earth he truly was. Now in heaven and holding the hand of his best Friend (his wife who just past)he now will serve as a true angel watching over us all. Rest in peace Mr. Al you will truly be missed by us all but never forgotten.

So sad to learn of Mr Al's passing. This man should have a scrap book as big as his heart. No doubt he is reaping his rewards for his whole life of kindness and love for everyone. He was my hubby's room mate. Even then he was "on duty" looking after Emmett when I wasn't there. Believe me, he gave a full report the next day!! God bless your soul Mr Al, you are a gentle giant among men. I'm better for having known you. Till I can bring you more peanuts, friend,Rest in peace.
