My Dear Kevin, Ryan, Craig and family,

Know that Janet's love for all of you gave her the strength to fight this disease like no one has ever seen. May you have the equal energy to live your lives as she fought for hers. She was very special to so many in so many different ways.

Dear family- Janet was a friend of mine from grade school, and I am so saddened by the news of your loss. Even as a child she was a vibrant, upbeat person with such zest for life. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this sad and untimely loss.

Kevin and family- My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. Janet and I met in elementary school. We shared the same birthday and our moms sent in cupcakes for the class the years we were together. We also were on the gymnastics teams in junior high and high school. After we all went our separate ways, Janet still took the time to stop and talk to my dad when she saw him out in the yard. Janet will always be in our memories.

I didn't know Janet that well through High School, however, about a week after graduation I happened to be driving down her block and saw her sitting outside on the curb in front of her house. I stopped to say hello and she informed me that she was locked out of her house and was waiting for her Mom to get home.

Being that it was lunch time I had asked her if she'd like to go to Burger King with me to get something to eat and she agreed. Over the next 3 - 4 weeks we got together a number of times and mostly just "hung out" and talked.

I came to know what a beautiful person she was, not just on the outside, but also on the inside, and I remember feeling sorry that I hadn't got to know her better through High School.

My thoughts and prayers go out to her family and friends!

We grew up as kids in the neighborhood and went our separate ways after high school. She was the prettiest girl in Kindergarten and her smile lit up a room.

She will always be fondly remembered.

My sympathies go out to her parents, husband and children, brother Will and sister Carol.

I always remember Janet as being a sweet girl in High School, always happy.

I lost my Mom the same way 3 years ago, so I know how Janet suffered and I know she is in a better place now.

My thoughts and prayers go out to her husband and sons as well as the rest of her family and friends.

I remember Janet as a beautiful and funny girl. We were on Color Guard together at PHS. I recently found a photo of a bunch of us, during one of our "kidnappings," in our pajamas holding spoons and other kitchen tools!! The memories bring a smile to my face and my heart. My deepest condolences and prayers go to Kevin and her boys. May she remain in a special place in your heart forever. You will all be in my thoughts and prayers.
