Pauline Ellis Obituary
She was born June 5, 1924 in Athens, TX. She was a homemaker and a Baptist.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Cody & Della Garrett and her husband, Rufus Bates Ellis who died Jan. 8, 2009.
She is survived by her son, Robert Ellis and his wife Kay of Rockport, TX, sister, Irene Shephard of Odessa, two grandsons, Derek Ellis and James Glover, three great-grandchildren, Whitney Ellis, Amber and Amber and Chloe Glover.
There will be a visitation from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday Jan. 19, 2011, at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 20, 2011, at Sunset Memorial Gardens with Rev. Jimmy Braswell officiating.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Hospice House, 903 N. Sam Houston, Odessa, TX 79761.
Services entrusted to Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.

I am sad to hear that such a wonderful, loving, and beautiful women as pauline has gone to rest with jesus and her other loved ones! She was such a great person and i will never forget all those kind and loving words she would always give me in advice!.I have always carried alot of love for her & Rufus deep with in my heart & will continue to carry that love!
