Patricia Lewis Obituary
Patty was born August 6, 1944 in Manchester, was a graduate of Manchester High School and a member of the former Manchester Trinity Chapel. She was also a member of Anna Dean Chapter #595 O.E.S., F.O.P. #139, Auxiliary and she worked in the medical field in this area.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lewis and Eleanore Young; and is survived by her husband of 39 years, Jerry Lewis; children, Kim Mitchell (Jamie), Traci (David) Craig, James Lewis; grandchildren, Mackenzie, Abigail, Alexandra and Alaina; favorite dog, ``Fritz'; brother, Bob (Carol) Young; sisters, Judy McVerry and Janet (Richard) Rohrich; many nieces and nephews.
The family wishes to thank Dr. Freeland Oliverio for his care and concern.
Funeral Service THURSDAY, 11 a.m. at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 E. Cherry St., (Rt. 93, Canal Fulton) with Pastor Jerry Harpool officiating and where friends may call WEDNESDAY, 4 to 8 p.m. Burial Greenlawn Memorial Park, Akron.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Patricia's memory to the ALS Association, Northeast Ohio Chapter, 2500 E. 22nd. Street, Suite #102, Cleveland, OH 44115 Swigart-Easterling,

When I worked the drive up teller window at First Merit in Manchester I always enjoyed visiting with Patty. She was always so cheerful and fun..May God give you, Jerry and the family the Peace that passeth all understanding..God Bless

Dear Kim and Traci,
My deepest condolences on the passing of your Mom. I don't know if you remember me, but My sister Lori and I were good friends of your Mom when we lived on Whyem Dr. I used to babysit you girls. Your Dad was very good friends of my Brother Tom Swan. Your Dad helped him build his house in Green. since too my brother has passed away.
Your Mother was a great lady, we all had great times living there. Take care and again my deepest sympathy.

I'm so very sorry to hear about Patty. She and my mom were such good friends and I have great memories of her when I was growing up. She always had a smile on her face and was a joy to be around. My condolences to her family.

My condolences to the Lewis family. It's been quite a few years since I last saw Patty, but I have great memories of her big smile and wonderful attitude. She always had a good word for me whenever we ran into each other. I pray for God's peace and comfort on you all.
