Dear Bauer Family,
Tom was every bit of a Gentleman. He was well liked and respected as a colleague and a friend. Those of us who were fortunate to have worked with Tom at B&W will treasure the many good memories we have of him. My sincere sympathies to his family and friends.

Bauer Family,
Tom will always be remembered as a special and wonderful person. Not only was he a great neighbor, but he was also a highly-regarded professional here at B&W. He genuinely cared about everyone. Tom was instrumental in my joining B&W, and I will never forget that. May God bless you all.

Pat & Family:

The man is gone, but his light continues to shine as evidenced by the messages from his friends. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Tom at B&W, especially during the "Halcyon Days" noted by Jack Wilcox. By example, Tom set the bar at heights that challenged us all, both professionally and personally. He was a unique man and will be missed.

Pat and family:

Carol & I were saddened to read of Tom,s passing in the Beacon, last week. As you know, we worked closely together at B&W during what I have always considered "the Halcyon Days". While seldom out in the field with customers, Tom's actions were so often the key to getting the orders. He had the unique quality of remaining calm when the going got rough and coming up with the way to get the job done. And...he was a great guy to go with it.

Our very sincere condolences to the Family and god Bless you all.

Dear Pat and family,
I so treasure my years of working with Tom. He was a man of great intergrity and a joy to be with. There were many mornings where his office was my first stop of the morning - for general discussion and to rework strategy on proposals.
Treasure your memories. He touched many people.
