Wesley Wells Obituary
Wesley was a life resident of the area, a graduate of Northwest High School and an employee of Babcock & Wilcox Co., Barberton for 38 years. He was a member of Local #900 Boilermakers.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Betty Wells. Wesley is survived by his children, Denny (Wendy) Wells, David Wells and Denise (Scott) Caruso; former wife and lifelong friend, Jan Wells; grandchildren, Tyler, Lexi, Maddie and Joey; special granddog, Jack; brother, Herb (Trudy) Wells; nieces and nephews.
The family would like to give Special Thanks to Mercy Hospice and his special caregiver.
Funeral Service WEDNESDAY 11 a.m. at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 E. Cherry St. (Rt. 93, Canal Fulton) with Rev. Doyle Luckenbaugh officiating. Burial Canal Fulton Cemetery. Friends may call TUESDAY, 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes, 6100 Rockside Woods, #445, Independence, OH 44131 and Juvenile Arthritis Foundation, 4630 Richmond Rd. #240, Cleveland, OH 44128.

I was sorry to hear of Wes's passing. I remember earlier days tagging along when Wes and my brother Don were running around and visits to Betty's house and especially his sense of humor. Our thoughts are with Wes's family and Herb and family.

My sincere condelences to the family of Wesley. He was a good man and will be remembered fondly. Working with a man only scratches the surface of his character. Seeing a man with his loving family tells the real story of the love in his heart. He will be missed. God Bless and comfort you in this time of loss.

It's funny how you lose time with friends, and he was one of them. I'll always remember him with good memories, especially at Northwest High. My condolences are with his family.

To the family of Wesley, I have known Wes for many years but I have not had the opportunity to again see him since his Mother's passing. Growing up with Wes and his brothers has been a lifelong wonderful memory and I will always cherish our closeness as "young men". Unfortunately I am presently on an out of state work assignment and will not be able to attend his services. My sincere condolences.

My prayers are with you. My Dad, Don Sprague, was Wes's cousin and friend. I heard lots of stories about their time together and working on cars at Aunt Betty's house when they were younger. Those stories always ended with a laugh and a smile. God bless you.

Wes and I worked together on the *Retort" at b@w. He helped me build a deck on my house for just a few beers. It turned out great! He was unique guy who i spent loads of time with and will never forget.

To the Wells family, I am so sorry for your loss. Wesley will be greatly missed by many people. We spent alot of time talking about our cars and the "old days" when we ran with some of the same crowd. He had a great sense of humor and was a good friend. I will remember him always.

Denny, David, and Denise, I am just heart broken for your loss. I always looked at Wes as a father figure to me. I will miss his smile and his sense of humor. I will also miss the occasional friday night dinners with him. He is one of the greatest men I know. I will miss him very much. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. I love you all.
