I worked with Rick at ABC Television in Hollywood. He made me laugh on a daily basis. A great friend, a trusted co-worker, and dedicated to his family. He was always generous in opening up his home at Big Bear Lake and making everyone feel at home. Rick also made working the long hours in the entertainment industry go by quickly with his quick wit and hilarious story telling. I still have the photo of Rick and I in our tuxes at the Academy Awards. I will keep it and his memory always. God bless his family.

He is not forgotten. The longer he is gone, the more he is missed. I know he touched a lot of you and would love to hear from you. Please take the time to share your memories.
Thank you,

I remember hanging-out with Rick in my childhood many years ago, playing a little ball here and there, and helping him wash his car (always with plain water which fascinated me). He went on to become a board member and President of Golden Hill Little League. What I most admired, was how much of an advocate Rick always remained (beyond his board affiliation) for the children in the league. It wasn't about the games or their results, it was about the kids....as it should be. I will miss my casual conversations with Rick. My sincere condolences to his family.

We had great times at Camp Osceola, and in our swimming pools, as well. You will be missed. May the Lord be with your family in this time of loss. May the Lord be with your family forever remembering you.

He's gone - - to be a whisper in the pines, all too soon. He lived the creed, "I will be true . . . ."

We were good friends back in the Camp Osceola days. We were campers, leaders and staff together. I will aways remember those days with great fondness. Rick was a great guy and died too young. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.
