I worked with Dr Liberman reviewing medical records for I D membership. Dr. Liberman was always pleasant. I especially remember the fruit cake he gave me as a Christmas present = it was delicious. Elaine Shipman

When Dr Liberman worked with me on membership applications he helped me a lot on medical terminology. He always bought me a fruit cake at Christmas time, as he knew that I like them. Although I did not know him well, I miss him. Elaine Shipman, membership accounting, Kaiser Permanente.

Dear Sue and Family,
Please know that we continue to hold you in prayer during these days of transition. I appreciated deeply my conversations with Eric over the years and thought of him as the consummate exemplar of the compassionate physician and intellectual. May he rest now in peace and may you all be comforted by your good memories.

Dear Mrs Liberman and family: I worked with Dr Liberman when I worked in the Regional Office doing membership applications. Your husbnd was very kind to me and I enjoyed his sense of humor. I am glad that I had a chance to know him. Elaine Shipman

Dear Mrs Liberman and family
Please accept our condolences.
Eric was an outstanding physician and role model. After his retirement, I took over his Endocrinology practice at Kaiser Permanente. In seeing his former patients, I read many of his detailed and thoughtful chart notes. I learned more about clinical endocrinology from reading these notes than from any of my other teachers. While flipping through the old paper charts, I was always happy to come across a note in Eric's very distinctive handwriting. I always knew it would be worthwhile to read his notes.
May we know no more sorry
