ROSALIE DEMARTINO

November 7, 2011

11/7/2011: Thank you for letting us know about your mom, so that we could drive from Salem to Portland and take our two relatives from
S. E. Haig St., where Madeline use to live, to the memorial service at Trinity Episcopal Cathedral. Great Grandma Joan (96) DeMartino, and Great Auntie Elena (DeMartino) Turple (98), were friends of Madeline and her family for many years. We were able to be at
Madeline's 90th birthday party, four years ago. Her spouse Leroy and sons were long time friends of Joan's son, David DeMartino, my spouse. We share our earthly goodbye to a great lady, Rosalie........

Dear Bruce and John, We are so very sorry to hear of the passing of your Mom. She was such a wonderful person in so many ways. She had such a warm smile and a beautiful and gracious presence. Our memories are many, of sharing the holidays and other times with your family, enjoying many laughs around game tables and dinner tables or even just out in the yard. Her inspiration as a woman, mother and friend will not be forgotten and her memory will live on in our thoughts, prayers and conversations. In deepest sympathy, the Rayners (Mary, Charlene, Colleen, Jackie, Maureen, Ken and Richard)
