I have known the Fossati family since the early 1940, when my parents moved to Milwaukie. We patronized the family dry cleaning and George use to deliver to our home. George was a very pleasant man with a nice smile, personality and always had time to talk. He will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Our prayers and sympathy to the Fossati family. We are so glad we had the opportunity over the years to share good times with George. He loved to laugh and have fun. We will treasure our memory of our dinner in Cannon Beach--pigging out on crab and wine and falling out of the windows. We love you all.

My thoughts are with you, Norma, as you learn to live without George. I so enjoyed the many meals I had with you and George in the assisted living place when I was with Joyce Stent. You were both so loving to each other, to her and to me, too.

With fond and most affectionate memories of a really great human being, and remembering especially the good times our families shared in Maui, in '85, and in Milwaukie with the Fossati family after that time. Pru McDonald

George was my first real boss. I worked for George and Joe Fossati Sr during my last few years at Milwaukie High School. I remember George always cheerful, whistling while he did the cleaning in the back room. I did counter work and delivery of clothes around the Milwaukie area. I remember he and Teen would always get a new Buick/Pontiac every year. One time I even got to drive Teen's Pontiac. George was the Buick man. George made a wonderful impression on me for my first work experience! I respected him throughout his life and carried the experience forward of a constant work ethic. He set a great example for a youngster just starting out! He will be missed! My blessings and condolences to the family!
