Janet Dimock

DIMOCK, Janet Passed away peacefully, surrounded by love, on September 4, 2011 following difficulties due to osteoporosis at the age of 76 years. Predeceased by Bevil (RMC), her beloved husband of 53 years. Dearly loving mother to Sandra, Linda (Peter) and Brian (Lorena). Proud grandmother to Sean, Leah, Matthew, Gabriel, Isabelle and Sophia. Dearest sister to Lorna Meredith (predeceased), Marion Blakesley (Montana) and Margaret Lyon (Ottawa) and loving aunt to her nieces and nephews. Janet grew up in Ottawa, married a Canadian Air Force man and they flew off for many adventures together including living in North Bay; Cold Lake, AL; Winnipeg, MN; Los Angeles, US; Toronto and then back to Ottawa. The family extends a thank you to her friends and caregivers for their love and support. Friends may call at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Road, Nepean on Saturday, September 17th, from 1:00 pm until time of service which will be held in the Chapel at 2:00 pm.
