THEODORE COLANGELO Obituary
THEODORE on May 17, 2010, age 90, of Cinnaminson NJ. Mr. Colangelo was a native of Pietragalla Italy and immigrated to Schenectady NY as a boy. At 16 he joined the Civilian Conservation Corps, and later entered the Navy. Mr. Colangelo served as a petty officer aboard a destroyer in the Pacific Theater, surviving two typhoons. He was honor-ably discharged and worked as the Director of the Defense Mapping Agency in Philadel-phia. His career spanned over fifty years of service to the U.S. government. Ted will always be remembered for his unique outlook on life, strong opinions, and abiding interest in the stock market.
He was the beloved husband of the late Dorothy Colangelo; loving father of Daniel J. Colangelo, Susan D. Grant, Mary Ann McWilliams, Eileen C. DiLullo; dear grandfather of Camille DeAngelis, Kate DeAngelis, Jennifer McWilliams, Ryan McWilliams and brother of Rose Guely. Relatives and friends are invited to attend Theodore's Life Celebration Friday, 9:30 to 11:30 A.M., SNOVER/ GIVNISH OF CINNAMINSON, 1200 Route 130 North, followed by his Funeral Service Friday 11:30 A.M. Int. Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnaminson NJ.
