B. Ed and family,

All though I have been in and out of your lives over the past years, please know that my love for Shirley has never wavered. I am truly sorry for your lose. I do not believe I have every known a greater woman than Shirley.

I have missed and will continue to miss her. Grateful that I had the privilege of knowing her. She was the most positive, supportive person to enter my life. She impacted a lot of people in her life time….. Says something about the person she was.

So grateful her pain has ended.

Please know that my prayer and thoughts are with all of you.

Ted,
Treasure the memories of happier days and times you had with your mom when the sun shone brighter and the tears didn't sting. Because she chose not to have a service, I find these sentiments appropriate and would like to share them with you:
"Do not stand at my grave and weep,
I am not there, I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glint on snow.
I am the sinlight on ripened grain,
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you wake in the morning hush,
I am the swift uplifting rush
of gentle birds in circling flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I am not there - I did not die."
