I am saddened by your loss, Dorothy, and have been sending many prayers for God to give you a special measure of strength now and in the days ahead. Know you have many friends who are there with you in this loss and want to help as we can and as you learn what you need from us.

John's lively and thoughtful conversations about education, health and the state of the world inspired me. I am grateful to have known John and been part of his positive force of change on the planet.
Thanks for shining your light in the world, John. We will all miss you!
Many blessings to Dorothy.

John will be missed by the staff and students at MTS. He was always ready to help and had a new joke to tell to anyone who would listen.

John's thoughtful contributions to discussion of current political and international issues added greatly to many gatherings. Those of us who saw John and Dorothy Allen regularly at Women's International League for Peace & Freedom events will especially miss his presence.
He will be missed, and we extend our sincere condolences to Dorothy.
