Its been almost a year now since the passing of our mother. I think about her all of the time. Even though I left years ago to join the military, I always look towards my mom for advice and her strength. My mom would always tell me to turn it over to the lord. My mom was always right. I admired my mother for her strength she had in saving lives, from being on the local rescue squad, medic on our local ambulance and then pursuing a career as a nurse at St. Josephs. Mom, you are my hero! your son Keith

My mother was a woman of strength and wisdom. She was very talented in so many ways. Her talents ranged from playing musical instruments, saving lives while serving as a Rescue Captain and member of the Ambulance Service. Touching so many lives as a nurse. The one thing that we did share the most was our discussions we had about our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. May you be at peace now mom. Your son, Keith

Mary Lou & I knew each other for many years attending elementary school together, right into high school. I was a bridesmaid in her wedding to Jack. Although it has been many years since seeing each other, I still have very fond memories of the fun times we shared. May you find comfort at this time by cherishing the wonderful memories you have of her. She will certainly be missed by all.
Fondly,
Carol Ann (Dennis) Loson, Schenectady

I remember Mary Lou from high school. She always dressed so neatly and seemed like such a friend to everyone. It's not surprising that she became a nurse. I had hoped to see her at our class reunion. We will miss her.

Dear Bob and family, I don't know if you remember me Bob, but I used to babysit for your children when Mary Lou and I were in high school and you were living in the little house down the road. I saw her once in awhile over the years and a few times last summer. She was determined to beat it and had so much faith. I am so sorry that she lost. She was a wonderful person and she was looking forward to our 50th class reunion this year. She will be missed but not forgotten. My prayers and sympathy go out to you all.

When no one else would give us love, you wrapped your arms around us. When no one else would give us a home, you warmed us with your love. Where others saw decay and damage, you saw unconditional love and hope for the future. You were our angel on Earth and may you always be our angel in heaven. We will leap into your arms when we meet again at the bridge.

A strong willed, full of faith, wonderful woman. For the very short period I knew her, her will to live shined through. I am only sorry her little body didn't believe as much as she did.
May you rest in everlasting peace, Mary Lou.

I knew Mary Lou through Hubbards Hounds Dog Rescue. She was completely devoted to her foster dogs and to this rescue. I admired her strength and courage tremendously. She has been, and will continue to be, an inspiration to me. She is with her King, whom she loved so much. My sincere condolences to her family.

Mary Lou was a very special person and will always be in my heart. I first met her when she adopted a dog from Hubbards Hounds and she soon became a foster Mom for several others, mostly our "special" needs dogs. Such a wonderful person and I will miss her very much. I know she has touched many lives and that will memory will live on forever. Rest in peace Mary Lou.

I had the distinct pleasure of working with Mary, and proudly called her my friend. This is a very sad day for anyone who had the good fortune to know this lovely woman. Heaven is a little brighter today, and with heavy heart we say our goodbys, but she will remain forever in our hearts.
