Michael Troy Epps Sr.

Epps Michael Troy Epps Sr., 47, died, Sunday, July 3, 2011 at Smyth County Community Hospital. He is survived by four daughters, Octavia Watson and Alexia Singletary of Marion, Shanieka Epps of Baltimore, Md., and Tineara Brown of King George; two sons, Michael T. Epps Jr., of Marion, and Jordan Andrew Milanese of Abingdon; mother, Martha Lee Epps of Plant City, Fla.; four sisters, Forcanotta Brown of King George, Catherine Davis and Keisha Francis of Baltimore, Md., Kimberly Epps of Marion; three brothers, Norris Epps of Marion, Leslie Epps of Hagerstown, Md., Richard Epps of Alaska; six grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends also survive. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 6, at 2 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel with the Rev. Neville Mozingo officiating. Burial will follow in Round Hill Cemetery, Marion. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 1 until 2 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel. Flowers will be accepted; however donations to help with the funeral expenses would be greatly appreciated.
