Peacefully at home on Thursday, December 15, 2011, of Mc Lean, VA. Beloved wife of Steve Murphy and sister of Mary Mack. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Memorial Service to be held at Plymouth, NC at a later date. Interment private. Steve: Jim and I were sorry to hear of Adeans's passing. I will always remember the good times she and I had growing up together in NC, going to the beach and heading to Washington DC for new adventures. Our prayers and thoughts are with you as you go through this difficult time.

Dear Steve, I was shocked and saddened to read Dean's obituary in the WP yesterday. I remember her fondly from Talford Ct. days. Our sincere condolences. Gay & Woody Rogers

Adean has a special place in our hearts, she was such a great friend to Kathleen and we always enjoyed the dinners and cocktail parties.
