ANNA EMOND BURNHAM (Age 85)
On Saturday, November 19, 2011, of Ocean Pines, Montgomery County and Salisbury, MD. Beloved wife of the late Edward Burnham and Robert G. Emond; mother of Kathy Kingsley, Terrie Barr, Robert Emond, Chris Emond, Joe Emond, Mary Dennis, Marc Emond, Anna Crisp and the late Cecilia Emond; sister of the late Katherine Holum and Mildred Pembroke; aunt of James and John Pembroke. Also survived by 19 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Friends may call at St. Anthony of Padua Church, 12th & Monroe Streets, NE, Washington, DC, on Friday, November 25 from 9 to 10 a.m. where Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Interment Cedar Hill Cemetery. Our hearts go out to the whole family during this time of grief. How wonderful that you all have come together. You can cry and laugh and relive past times as you honor her. I always loved your Mom's sense of humor. She was so filled with warmth and grace. She was so down to earth and fun to be around. Thank you Anna for giving us Anna 2, we are forever grateful.
