ANTHONY FRANCIS COLUCCI (Age 28)
On Wednesday, March 23, 2011, of Chevy Chase, MD. Beloved son of Asimina Coroneos; brother of James, Theodore and Anastasia Colucci. Anthony was a 2001 graduate of Walter Johnson High School and received his A.A. in English from Montgomery College in 2005. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Sunday, March 27, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service at St. Sophia Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 36th St. & Massachusetts Ave., NW, Washington, DC on Monday, March 28 at 10:30 a.m. Interment Fort Lincoln Cemetery. I loved uncle tony he was a great uncle as far as I'm concerned and although I never really got to know I'm because I was only 1 yrs old I still know that if he was here today that he would make this world brighter with the same smile you see in all the pictures and memories with him in them. A story that I have been told repeatedly throughout my life was of when Anthony was going outside and right before he walked through the door he looked back at me winked and I took my finger and pulled my eyelid down in an attempt to wink back, my yiayia, holding me, asked tony if he saw that and he said "yeah" and he did it again and then I did it more fluently then last time back at him.
