Your mom did have "vim & vigor" and could tell it the way it was too! She was one of the funnies florist I know and she did love working but hated meetings.

Dear Rivera's,

Your mom was such a special lady and always had "vim and vigor" towards any adversity or struggles she faced. Knowing her vicariously as my mother's dear friend my whole life I was encouraged by thier freindship and admired her love for you all. I know Ann touched many with her wit, spunk and devotion to her family. Her passion will be missed but leaves lasting impact on all she knew. Blessings!

Letting your family know I feel the loss of a wonderful friend whom when I met changed my life for ever. Ann showed me how to become a strong, independant person. I will always remember her kindness, her smile and our beautiful life long friendship. I thank God for the blessing of just knowing her. My thoughts and prayers are with all the family.

To John (and your family): I'm sure that you probably don't remember me, but I wanted to stop by and tell you how sorry I was to read of Ann's death (you two were together since FOREVER ... going back, I believe, to Gordon Jr. High School ... you were, I would say, her only and ever-after love). A very special love song! Thinking of you at this sad time ... Susan ("Sue") Habercom Brockmeyer.
