On Tuesday, November 6, 2012, of Rockville, MD. Beloved wife of William J. Draize; mother of Donna (Kevin) McCarthy, Ken (Mary) Draize, Marie (Mitchell) Franklin and Lynn (Christopher) Jones. Sister of Michael Vrankin of Fort Myers, FL. Also survived by 11 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren . Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Sunday, November 11, 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Shrine of St. Jude, 12701 Veirs Mill Road, Rockville, MD, on Monday, November 12, at 11 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Regional Catholic School, 4820 Walbridge Street, Rockville, MD 20853.www.COLLINSFUNERALHOME.com

Gram, it was so uplifting to see all the people you have touched through out your wonderful life. The words you always told me, "I may not always like or agree with what you do but I will always love you", I will carry this with me forever. The Clayton Family was so sorry to hear of the passing of your beloved wife, mother and grandmother. I know that it has been years since I have seen you but I have very happy memories of our time on Loree Lane. She was my Girl Scout Leader when I was such a young girl. Bill, what an inspiration Arlene has been to all of us---and you, too! I'll bet she did all of her Purgatory on earth, and maybe some of ours, too.
