BRUCE A. STAYMAN (Age 80)
On Saturday, May 12, 2012, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of Diana Stayman; father of Carolyn Stayman, John Stayman and Judy (Stephen) Barr. Also survived by 11 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call at St. Paul's United Methodist Church, 10401 Armory Avenue, Kensington, MD on Monday, May 21, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. where funeral service will be held at 12 p.m. Inurnment at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul's United Methodist Church. www.COLLINSFUNERALHOME.com

Mr. Stayman was patient, kind, and so intelligent; I based my teaching career on his personality. I hope he knew how much his students respected and appreciated him. Hearing of his passing saddens me greatly. I send my deepest sympathy to his family at this time, and my eternal thanks for having been lucky enough to have been his student. Bruce Stayman, my grandfather, was the greatest, most wonderful man I have ever known. He was the man that I loved and respected the most. I will always miss him very much, and will remain forever grateful for having been blessed with him. I love you so much Grandpa.

Mr. Stayman was a wonderful person and teacher. PBHS has lost a great man! My thoughts and prayers are with the family.
