On Saturday, September 17, 2011, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of the late Col. William S. Wagener; mother of Lt. Col. Charles K. (Diana) Wagener and Darlene M. (Paul) Silverman; grandmother of Dan and Sean (Misty) Daly, Michael and Kristie Silverman and Dr. Jennifer (Del) Hoyt; great-grandmother of Emily, Sean and Dan Daly, Teylor Silverman, Catherine, Lily and William Hoyt. Also survived by her very close friends Charlie and Tracy Smith and Brittany Ross. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, where service will be held on Wednesday, September 21, 2011 at 9 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
