Ragan; father of Rita Ragan Madden; grandfather of Rita Smithdeal, Bridget Moore and Kathleen Pajcic; great-grandfather of Charlie, Johnny, and Ragan Smithdeal, Woody and Addie Moore, Patrick and Maggie Pajcic. Mass of Christian Burial at Shrine of the Most Blessed Sacrament, Duffy Center Chapel, 3630 Quesada St. NW, Washington, DC on Thursday, September 5, at 9:30 a.m. Interment Mount Olivet Cemetery, DC. www.COLLINSFUNERALHOME.com
