CHRISTINA MARIA LOZUPONE (Age 59)
On Thursday, December 22, 2011, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved daughter of Frank and Christine Lozupone, sister of Marie (Ronald) Denissen, Michael (Carolyn) Lozupone, Frank (Judith) Lozupone, II, Joseph (Susan) Lozupone. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Monday, December 26, 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Tuesday, December 27, at Shrine of St. Jude, 12701 Veirs Mill Road, Rockville, MD, from 10:30 to 11 a.m., where Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Christina's name to Gilchrist Hospice Care, 5537 Twin Knolls Road, Suite 433, Columbia, MD 21045 or St. Jude Regional Catholic School, 4820 Walbridge Street, Rockville, MD 20853. www.COLLINSFUNERALHOME.com

To all my dear Lozupone cousins, it was so sad to hear about Tina. My entire family extends our heartfelt sympathy. I can only say that I remember her as a sweet and kind person all of the times our paths met during the many years with all our family. My prayers and love to you all.

My sympathy to Tina's family. I knew Tina when we were part of St. Bernard's Young Adult Club in the late '70s and early '80s. For a while she was in the musical group that played at Masses at my current parish of St. Peter's in Olney, Maryland. May she rest in peace and be an inspiration to all of us.
