Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Tuesday 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. where Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at 11 a.m. Interment private. So very sorry to hear of the passing of Dave. He and my husband worked together and played golf together until my husband's passing in January 2011. What a wonderful person your Dad was. He will be greatly missed. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
