Ms. Debbie was a nice person. I can remember when I was moving into my new home in 2010, she bought like tons of boxes for me to start packing. I also remember taking two days off from work to move and came back to find a present full of Yankee candles (Spring Fling Sampler Candle Pack) along with a wonderful card on my desk. To this day, I only used two candles and the two are still in my possession in which I will use to remember her by. I was deeply shocked when I heard the news but at the same time, I believe Ms. Debbie is in a better place. I will continue to pray for her son and her family for strength. R.I.P Ms. Debbie!

To Collin, and the rest of the Shanholtz family...It is with great sadness that I hear of Debbie's passing. We had so many good times at Kennedy, and I will never forget those times. So glad we had an opportunity to talk not too long ago. Rest peacefully with Jesus Debbie.
Love,
Jami

My deepest sympathy goes out to Colin and all of Debbie's family, coworkers, and friends. Working with her on the board of the Autism Society Montgomery County was a pleasure. She was a wonderful mother, advocate, and friend and will be missed very much.
