I've know Donnie for a long time. Always loved running into him, at the Red Eyed Dock bar on Kent Island, even in Key West a few years ago, probably the last time I saw him. He was a great guy and always made you laugh. My thoughts and prayers go to out to his family and friends, RIP my friend.

I met Donnie at the beginning of the Arthur Andersen renovation in 1987. He arrived with Ingo and JW. Donnie became my friend during that job. I will miss his great sense of humor and perspective. Did he ever tell you what the his middle initial E stood for?

There was only one Donnie Rinehart. Crazy and unbelieveable person. Had a ton of fun with him over the years. Every time I saw him was an event!! He truly lived his life on his own terms. I had planned on making a point of seeing hime this summer. Rest easy Donald E. You will be missed and remembered.

Pam: Just earned about Donny's passing from George at Giant. Came as quite a shock to hear it. We had good times with him at the "Hamlet". Aliza and I will miss seeing him there, where we often had a good time chatting with him. As we say: May you be comforted in mourning, Pam, also by those of us of Zion and Jerusalem.

Donnie will be missed by all who have known him over the years from high school through our adult lives. He could make you smile or laugh even on the cloudiest of days. I'll miss not getting my dance with him this summer at our multi-class reunion. He was a great dancer and a wonderful person to all. My condolences go out to all of his family and his dear companion Pamela. May you have wonderful memories to comfort you as all that knew him have and hold dear.
