On Saturday, October 8, 2011, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of the late Betty Lou Van Hise; father of Patricia Van Hise Kaplowitz and Karen Van Hise; grandfather of Stacie Milavec Silkowski, USN and Tammy L. Jaramillo; great-grandfather of Hayden and Allison Jaramillo, Andrew and Joshua Silkowski. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Thursday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service at Montgomery Hills Baptist Church, 9727 Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring, MD 20910, on Friday, October 14 at 11 a.m. Interment Arlington National with full Military Honors, at a later date.
