ELSIE RUTLEDGE Obituary
ELSIE BETH RUTLEDGE (Age 84)
Of Fort Myers, FL, formerly of Silver Spring, MD, passed away peacefully on February 14, 2013. She was the beloved wife of the late Arthur C. Rutledge (USAF Retired). Sister of Virginia Olund, Janice Lightner and the late John Firmin, Emory Firmin and Philip Firmin. She is survived by her loving caregiver of over 12 years, Debbie Jensen (niece), and also by other nieces, nephews and many loving family members and friends. Elsie Beth worked for the Federal Government for over 20 years, and retired from Andrews AFB as a Civilian Personnel Training Officer. Elsie Beth will be missed by all the hearts she has touched. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Monday, March 4, 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service at Montgomery Hills Baptist Church, 9727 Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring, MD 20910 on Tuesday, March 5, 2013 at 1 p.m. Interment at Cheltenham Veterans Cemetery at 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Montgomery Hills Baptist Church.www.COLLINSFUNERALHOME.com

Bet Bet: I hope you were looking down on your services and were pleased. I miss you so very much. Lots of folks thanked me for caring for you, but I will forever thank you for being such a special part of my life for so many years.
