On Tuesday, November 15, 2011, of Potomac, MD. Beloved wife of Herbert Biegel; mother of Gilbert (Huguette) Moscatelli. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Thursday, 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Patrick's Church, Norbeck & Muncaster Mill Roads, Rockville, MD, on Friday, November 18, at 10:30 a.m. Interment Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. I am so sorry for your loss. Espie and I shared an office for years and I heard lots of Gilbert stories. She was a great lady; I loved her dearly.
