Blevins, CDR, USN (Ret); mother of David, John, and Catherine Blevins and Anita Reichert; grandmother of Erin, Jillian, Joseph, Spencer and Dustin; great-grandmother of Mateo; sister of Julia Rotenberry. Memorial Service at St. Mary Magdalene Episcopal Church, 3820 Aspen Hill Road, Wheaton, MD, on Monday, November 14, at 10 a.m. Inurnment U.S. Naval Academy Columbarium at 1:30 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Washington National Cathedral, Attn: Development, 3101 Wisconsin Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20016. www.COLLINSFUNERALHOME.com

Evelyn Blevins was the most lovely lady I ever met. I will miss her dearly. I am so grateful her beauty and humor carry on in her wonderful daughters. Love you Blevins family.
